CNC Programmer

Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: CNC Programmer Custom Countertop Inc 4905 N 56th St, Lincoln, NE 68504 Custom Countertop Inc is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our granite and stone fabrication team. Job Responsibilities: Create and optimize CNC programs for cutting granite, quartz, and other stone materials Read and interpret drawings, templates, and work orders Set up and operate CNC machinery as needed Ensure accurate tool paths, efficient nesting, and high-quality cuts Troubleshoot programming and machine issues Maintain accurate digital files and production records Work closely with the fabrication and installation teams to meet deadlines Follow all shop safety procedures Requirements: Proven experience programming CNC machines (stone, wood, or metal experience considered) Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software Ability to read technical drawings and templates Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stone-specific software (AlphaCAM, SlabSmith, or similar) Previous experience in a countertop or granite fabrication shop Knowledge of different stone materials and tooling What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time hours with overtime opportunities Steady work in a growing company Excellent Benefits package To Apply: Please apply in person Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM at: Custom Countertop Inc 4905 N 56th St Lincoln, NE 68504 We are looking to hire immediately.
